HVLV brings together a large group of highly experienced and qualified people in a broad range of disciplines, trades and professions. What binds us all together is our common commitment to achieving successful outcomes, and the fact that every person on the team contributes whatever they can, wherever they can. We don’t stand on ceremony and no one person in the company is ‘too good’ to take on any job: it’s all hands to the wheel.

This makes us not so much a team as a family – we all look after each other, and management promotes and nurtures this family culture. The management team introduced below is a single layer of a multi-layered yet highly integrated team of people whose primary commitment is to customer satisfaction.

Steve De Mol

Managing Director

Steve has provided a range of services to the Australian Mining Sector for over twenty years.  He established Action Mining Services in 1989 to specialise in the repair and refurbishment of heavy mining equipment.  He built a highly successful company which he eventually sold to the publicly listed specialist mining contractor, NRW Holdings Ltd in 2007.

Another of his companies, OEM Group Pty Ltd established in 1995, supplies new and refurbished mining and construction machinery, equipment, safety access equipment and high pressure cleaning equipment to the resource sector. Steve is also a successful property developer having completed nine industrial, commercial and retail developments with three currently under construciton including  Stage 2 of the HVLV manufacturing facility.

Steve's primary focus at HVLV is finance and supply chain management.

With more than 10 years experience in project management and 6 years in sales and marketing specifically in the WA market, Anton fully understands the market demands and is able to sit with clients to help them with a tailor made solution that suits their requirements.

Todd Meyer

Projects Manager

As a Project Manager, Todd brings an enormous level of experience to the team, having spent the last 6 years involved in managing the construction of switchrooms.
